Our services

The Treasury provides UX/UI design, digital product design, service design, design systems, audits, and related consultancy services.

• All services are subject to availability
• Specific scope, deliverables, timeframes, and fees will be outlined in a written proposal, statement of work, or subscription agreement before work begins
• Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may affect cost and delivery timelines

Fees and payments

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries or project requests
• Manage client relationships and deliver contracted services
• Improve our website, services, and marketing efforts
• Send proposals, updates, or relevant design insights (only where consent has been given)
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Fees are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms will be defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement
• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed schedules
• Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or termination of services

All intellectual property rights remain with The Treasury until payment has been received in full.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All concepts, designs, documents, and materials created by The Treasury remain our property until final payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved design deliverables transfers to the client
• We retain ownership of working files, methods, frameworks, and know-how used to produce the work

We reserve the right to display completed or partially completed work in our portfolio, case studies, presentations, and marketing materials unless confidentiality or non-disclosure has been agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of a project.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Client responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials supplied to us (e.g. content, assets, data)

Delays caused by missing information or feedback may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of The Treasury.

Warranties and disclaimers

While we aim to deliver high-quality, professional services:

• We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, performance metrics, or business results
• All services are provided "as is" and "as available"
• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of the website or services

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Treasury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses
• This includes loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunity

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services or these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services and links

Our website or services may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites.

We are not responsible for the content, performance, security, or privacy practices of third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or subscription in accordance with the notice period outlined in the relevant agreement.

Upon termination:

• Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable
• Any outstanding invoices must be settled promptly
• Intellectual property rights transfer only for work fully paid for

Force majeure

The Treasury shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, labour disputes, or government actions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
