Let's turn your idea into a digital product people love.
Tools we work with
Whether you have a defined project or an ongoing need — we have a model that fits.
Perfect for defined projects — a new website, app redesign, or design system build. Fixed scope, clear timeline, no surprises.
A monthly design partner for teams with ongoing needs. Flexible capacity, no hiring overhead, pause or cancel anytime.
No pitch, no pressure. Just a focused conversation about your design challenges and how we can help.
The questions we get asked most, answered properly — including the ones about money.
Projects are scoped individually rather than sold from a rate card, because a two-week audit and a six-month platform build are not the same product. As a guide, project engagements typically run from £15,000 to £80,000 depending on scope, duration and complexity. A 30-minute discovery call is usually enough for us to give you a realistic range for your situation.
Because a number without a scope is misleading. Two clients asking for “a website” can be a month apart in effort. We would rather give you an accurate figure after a short conversation than an attractive one that changes later. The ranges on this page are real and we hold to them.
The product audit is fixed scope and fixed cost, agreed upfront before any work starts — no hourly billing and no surprises. It is the most common way clients start with us, because it is a contained piece of work that produces something useful whether or not you go further.
You submit requests to a shared board, we prioritise them weekly, and senior design is delivered continuously — no statements of work for every change. There are three tiers: Silver (one active task at a time), Gold (one high-priority task with full UX and UI, our most popular), and Platinum (multiple parallel streams with embedded collaboration). All are month-to-month with no lock-in, and you can pause or cancel at any time. Pricing depends on the tier and is confirmed on a short call.
Most projects run 8 to 16 weeks across four phases: Discover, Define, Design and Deliver. An MVP typically takes 6 to 12 weeks from validated concept to launch-ready design. A product audit is considerably shorter. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us early — it changes how we scope.
On a subscription, onboarding to first design output takes 48 hours. Project work depends on current commitments — we deliberately limit how many clients we take at once, so there is sometimes a short wait. Hiring a senior product designer takes 3 to 6 months by comparison.
Johnny Huntington, directly. Every engagement is led and delivered by a senior designer with over 15 years of experience. There are no account managers between you and the work, and no junior execution — the person you meet is the person who designs it. That is also why we keep client numbers deliberately low.
Four phases. Discover: stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive scan and problem definition. Define: synthesis, opportunity mapping and a prioritised brief. Design: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, design system and handoff. Deliver: engineering support, QA and launch. We start with user goals and business objectives before opening a design tool.
Yes, and some of our most rewarding work is with teams shaping a product for the first time. Whether you have a rough concept or an early MVP, we can help define the experience, design the product and build a foundation that scales. The subscription suits early-stage teams well because it flexes with you.
We are based in Dubai, UAE, with deep portfolios in both the Gulf and the UK. Clients span the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and internationally. Most work is delivered remotely with regular check-ins; we come to you where it genuinely helps.
A project has a defined outcome, scope and end date — right when you know what you need built. The subscription is ongoing capacity for teams shipping continuously, where the work is a rolling queue rather than a single deliverable. Many clients start with a project and move to a subscription once there is a steady flow of design work.
It has happened, and we take it as a compliment rather than a problem. Talk to us early if that is where you are heading, so we can shape the engagement around a handover rather than a dependency — including building systems your team can own and evolve without us.
Real estate, retail and e-commerce, government, energy, telecoms and financial services. In the Gulf that includes Emaar, Damac, DEWA, Meraas, Dubai Mall, Carrefour, the Federal Tax Authority and Qatar Development Bank. In the UK it includes Sainsbury's, BT, Tesco, Boots and Indeed.
We build them. The studio built Sainsbury's enterprise design system spanning Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu Clothing and Nectar — one of the UK's most complex multi-brand systems. The approach is token-first and engineering-aligned, built to be maintained by your product team rather than leaving you dependent on us.
Thirty minutes with Johnny, no pitch and no pressure — a focused conversation about your design challenge. No preparation needed, just bring your situation. You will leave with a view on scope, a realistic budget range and a timeline, whether or not we end up working together.
