This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by The Treasury. By engaging our services or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.
You may cancel your design subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Any work in progress will be completed up to the end of the active billing period.
For one-off or fixed-scope projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual proposal or agreement.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel your subscription before submitting any design requests, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion to account for administrative setup time.
Refunds for project-based work are not provided once work has started.
Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with design output.
Our subscription services include unlimited revisions and iterations while your subscription is active. We will continue to refine the work until it meets the agreed scope and your expectations.
Subscription services may be paused in accordance with the terms of your plan.
Paused subscriptions do not accrue additional service time or priority unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In rare or exceptional cases, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. Any such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
