Subscription terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all design subscription services provided by The Treasury. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to the terms listed below in addition to our main Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Overview of the subscription service

The Treasury’s subscription service provides ongoing access to UX/UI and product design services for a fixed monthly fee.

Subscriptions are designed to offer flexibility, speed, and predictable costs, without the need for long-term contracts or hiring commitments.

Scope of services

Your subscription may include, but is not limited to:

  • UX and UI design
  • Product and feature design
  • Wireframes and prototypes
  • Design systems and components
  • UX audits and reviews
  • Service design and journey mapping
  • Design iteration and refinement

Specific deliverables depend on the requests you submit and the active scope of your subscription.

How requests work

  • Design requests are submitted through the agreed project management tool or workspace
  • Requests are worked on one at a time unless otherwise agreed
  • You may queue multiple requests, which will be completed sequentially
  • Turnaround times vary based on complexity and workload but typically range from 1–5 business days per request

"Unlimited" refers to the number of requests you may submit — not simultaneous work or instant delivery.

Revisions and iterations

All subscriptions include unlimited revisions while your subscription is active.

Revisions are based on the original request scope. Substantial changes or new directions may be treated as a new request and added to your queue.

Fair usage

Subscriptions are subject to fair usage to ensure quality and sustainability.

We reserve the right to pause or adjust delivery if usage is deemed excessive, unreasonable, or outside the spirit of the subscription model. We will always discuss this with you before taking action.

Collaboration and communication

  • Communication is primarily asynchronous to maintain speed and focus
  • Design work is typically delivered via tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar platforms
  • Occasional calls may be scheduled where helpful, but recurring meetings are not included by default

You are responsible for providing timely feedback to keep work moving efficiently.

Ownership and intellectual property

  • All design work remains the property of The Treasury until payment is received in full
  • Once payment is complete, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you
  • We retain ownership of internal methods, frameworks, and working files

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Fees are listed in AED unless otherwise stated
  • Payments must be made on time to maintain uninterrupted service

Failure to pay may result in paused or cancelled access to the subscription.

Pausing or cancelling your subscription

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

  • No long-term contracts
  • No cancellation fees
  • Work in progress will be completed up to the end of the billing period

Paused subscriptions do not carry over unused time or priority unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you cancel before submitting any design requests, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion to account for administrative setup time.

Availability and capacity

We intentionally limit the number of active subscriptions to maintain quality.

If capacity is reached, new subscriptions may be temporarily unavailable until a slot opens.

Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality design services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance metrics, or commercial results from design work.

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the subscription after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
